After being awarding best in class at the 2011 show, the rather vibrant Bentley S1 had been entered in the masters. With stiff competition against our controversial Bentley, we are proud to say that we were awarded winners of the master’s class.
Two of our recent restoration projects were entered into this year’s Villa d’Este, one of the most prestigious concours events. With only 50 cars being accepted at a time, we were extremely doubtful that we would ever stand a chance of attending.
Clark and Carter Restorations was founded over three decades ago, Steve Clark is an enthusiast for Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Porsche with a flourishing company established in 1980, which he is so rightly proud of.
Our staff vary from previous Rolls Royce and Bentley employees to enthusiastic apprentices whom are eager to learn skills which are very hard to come by, and slowly fading away.
If it is award winning perfection you are after then yes Clark and Carter are right for you. We work only to a standard which will leave you nothing but satisfied with your piece of classic motoring history.
After years of hard work, the restoration of one of our finest pieces yet, finally pays off; as we attend the annual RREC concours show.
For the first year Clark and Carter entered our two apprentices Jamie and Stuart Clark for the RRBSA Coach and Harness Makers' Award.
With a win on our first year of entering the RRBSA apprentice scheme, it gave our younger members of staff a push in the right direction. They are all ‘chomping at the bit’ to be entered and to showcase their projects.
